We are looking for an engineering leader who will define strategy, manage and operate the core enterprise services for Oracle employees, and lead a team covering critical enterprise services with full responsibility for architecture, design, delivery, and operations across the space.
Responsibilities You will design, build, and operate highly available and scalable services. You will own and improve quality of organization‑wide processes, including roadmap planning, talent review, and goal setting. You will develop and retain top talent, facilitate agency across teams, and drive execution of features and projects with a focus on security, scalability, performance, and availability.
Qualifications
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
8+ years people management and/or leading experience with at least 2+ years leading an organization including other managers or leads
Experienced leader and exemplary manager
Successfully demonstrates full responsibility for architecture, design, delivery and operations for components across a product or service
Previous experience owning and improving quality of org‑wide processes, with responsibility including roadmap planning, talent review and goal setting
Ability to obtain results through the people you lead, owning organizational structure, headcount planning, recruiting targets and performance management
Ability to attract high‑value talent from outside the organization, with additional success developing and retaining top talent
Demonstrated ability to advocate for change

Preferred Qualifications
Proven history of developing senior level ICs, directors, or senior managers, and future leaders
Visibility with senior executives and involvement in decisions that impact across multiple divisions or parts of the organization
Compensation & Benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from: $141,200 - $338,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
