GIS Developer, Mid-Level at Cobec, Inc. Remote work option available. Location: Remote Site/Cobec Site - DC. This role supports geospatial solutions for aviation-related projects using the ESRI ArcGIS platform and involves building and configuring ArcGIS Online applications and automating data workflows. Base pay range : $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Develop and configure ArcGIS Online applications, including Experience Builder, Dashboards, and field applications such as Field Maps, Survey123, and QuickCapture Design and build ArcGIS Survey123 forms for field data collection and assist with integrating results into enterprise GIS solutions Create and maintain automated data processing workflows and ETL routines using Python, SQL, or equivalent tools to move and prepare geospatial and tabular data from multiple sources Design and implement relational database structures (e.g., PostgreSQL/PostGIS) to store and query spatial and non-spatial data Contribute to cross-functional teams by documenting technical processes, presenting analysis results, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliverables Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Geography, Urban Development, Data Science, or similar. Master’s degree is a recommended Skills Requirements

Experience configuring ArcGIS field applications (Field Maps, Survey123, QuickCapture) Experience with ArcGIS Pro Experience with ArcGIS Experience Builder and/or Dashboards Experience with custom web application development Experience creating automated workflows and ETL processes using Python Experience integrating data from multiple sources (APIs, cloud storage, flat files) Experience with pSQL/relational databases Experience with Python, Java and Power Platform Experience with data visualization tools such as Shiny, Tableau, Cold Fusion Security Requirements

Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years. Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance. Travel

Occasional travel required as needed by client and/or company. EEO
