Data Scientist Vice President – Customer Loyalty Analytics Lead
Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through advanced analytics and innovative strategies. As part of our Data & Analytics organization, you’ll collaborate across functions and channels to deliver impactful solutions and drive career growth.
Job Responsibilities
Lead partnerships with Customer Experience Groups to advise on strategies and deliver analysis for decisioning and prioritization.
Facilitate identification of KPIs, trend analysis, and segmentation to improve business performance.
Utilize advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling, to identify trends and opportunities.
Stay updated on AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Generative AI research trends to enhance analytical capabilities and streamline processes.
Leverage analytical applications such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to analyze complex data sets.
Prepare and deliver presentations with compelling data narratives and insights for executives and business reviews.
Collaborate with data management, strategy, and analytics teams to optimize insights and share best practices.
Provide mentorship and oversight for junior data analysts to build a more impactful working culture.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Five years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
Technical knowledge of data management, governance, big data platforms, and data architecture.
Proficiency in AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.
Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
Ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way.
Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management and partners.
Proactive, results-driven, with a proven track record of execution.
Demonstrated people management and team-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Master’s degree and/or PhD in a relevant field.
Experience with advanced analytics applications such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
Experience in customer experience analytics or related fields.
Experience mentoring and developing junior analysts.
