Join a reputable builder as their Lead Safety Manager on projects throughout the Greater Boston area. This is a huge opportunity with a stable and diverse pipeline. It is an urgent need for one of our top clients.
Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Projects throughout Greater Boston area (typically within 5 minutes of office and in Lynn/Braintree)
Project values $20M – $40M
Project types: Academic, Historical Renovations, Smaller Multifamily, Restaurants, Healthcare
Mid‑size firm, 30+ years in business, family‑owned, owners formerly of a large national GC
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs for construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide training and resources to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
Investigate and report incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
Maintain updated records of safety training, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Stay informed of industry regulations and ensure the company's safety policies align with current standards.
Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
Background with a reputable builder in the area.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in construction.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to deliver training and collaborate with team members.
Experience developing and implementing safety programs.
Familiarity with incident investigation and reporting processes.
