About the BDR Role As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll conduct strategic outreach, qualify leads, and spark interest in solutions that are transforming the way companies use data. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to build pipeline and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings

Research prospects and tailor messaging for high‑impact outreach

Collaborate with internal team to develop campaign strategiesMaintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced BDR or SDR:

1–2 years of B2B sales development experience required

Startup Mindset:

Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and enjoys building from the ground up

Curious & Consultative:

Comfortable researching, asking smart questions, and engaging prospects authentically

Tech‑Savvy:

Interest in data, APIs, or integration platforms is a plus

Resilient & Driven:

Motivated by goals, feedback, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven experience generating qualified pipeline and meeting activity goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience at a startup or in a high‑growth environment is a plus
