About the Account Executive Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the entire sales process—from outreach and discovery to presenting solutions and closing deals. You’ll collaborate with marketing, technical, and leadership teams to refine outreach, build relationships, and exceed revenue goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Conduct high‑quality demos and consultative sales conversations

Partner with marketing to refine messaging and target markets

Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver customer success

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced Seller: 2–3 years of proven sales experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)

Startup Mindset: Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity or interest in data, APIs, or integration platforms is a plus

Consultative & Curious: Skilled at uncovering customer needs and offering tailored solutions

Resilient & Driven: Goal‑oriented and motivated by impact and growth

Requirements

Full‑time availability for the duration of the Residency

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

Previous experience in a high‑growth or startup environment preferred
