About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with strong technical expertise in Salesforce Platform Architecture to join our client’s growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can support multiple teams and guide the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. You will serve as the technical backbone of the Salesforce program, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on technical design, performance, and governance.
Lead the design of scalable and secure Salesforce applications and integrations.
Guide cross-functional teams (devs, admins, analysts) on architecture best practices.
Define and implement platform governance, including API usage, limits, security models, and data access.
Ensure technical solutions follow Salesforce best practices and align with enterprise architecture standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide architectural mentorship to developers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
Evaluate and select third-party tools, AppExchange products, or middleware when necessary.
Support CI/CD, release management, and DevOps processes in Salesforce.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and assess impact/opportunities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience across Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud.
Strong technical background in Salesforce Platform Architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and security models.
Deep understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware, etc.).
Experience with data modeling, large-scale data migration, and data governance in Salesforce.
Proven ability to design multi-org, multi-cloud, or enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across both business and technical teams.
Salesforce certifications such as:
Certified Platform Developer I & II
Certified Application Architect
Certified System Architect
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with DevOps tooling (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
Experience with Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.
Experience mentoring junior architects or developers.
