Overview The QuickBooks CRM team delivers on the core customer benefit of growing revenue and improving the lead‑to‑customer conversion rate. As Senior Staff PM, you’ll be responsible for increasing SMB revenue growth through core customer‑management features that directly impact their ability to deepen customer relationships.

Help small businesses manage their sales and customer workflows through a new 0‑to‑1 capability
Integrate with other Intuit capability teams to build a holistic end‑to‑end offering for SMBs
Work with an amazing team of builder‑focused engineers to rapidly iterate on the core product experience to reach product‑market fit
Test experiences and concepts on a base of millions of users eager for more customer‑management capabilities
Responsibilities
Work closely with design partners to conduct customer research and craft experiments to test leap‑of‑faith assumptions before investing in full builds.
Leverage user data to streamline workflows through AI lead scoring and relationship/sales insights.
Build a product strategy that drives excitement across the organization and rallies partner teams.
Work with customers to create innovative solutions to core workflow problems that service‑based SMBs face.
Partner with a full‑stack engineering team to drive technical advancement and run business tracks of work.
Design and bring to market revenue‑generating, customer‑driven software products.
Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights.
Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to meet expectations.
Lead, create and launch market‑leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, UX and support.
Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release.
Build products that deliver great customer experiences.
Focus on growth hacking, achieving product‑market fit, and building growth loops for QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications
8+ years designing and delivering world‑class software products in a Product Management role.
Demonstrated experience managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
Proven expertise leading cross‑functional teams that launch on‑time and on‑budget.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
Successful history of delivering customer‑driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
Strong A/B testing and data‑driven product management skills.
BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Compensation & Benefits This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay ranges are based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. For the Bay Area, California the expected base pay range is $196,500‑$266,000. For New York the expected range is $229,000‑$264,000.
