Senior Project Architect Job Description We are seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect to lead design efforts on a large-scale, multi-phase healthcare expansion. This role involves new inpatient tower construction, infrastructure upgrades, seismic retrofitting, and renovations, all while maintaining active hospital operations. Responsibilities

Lead design efforts for large-scale healthcare expansion projects. Oversee new inpatient tower construction, infrastructure upgrades, and seismic retrofitting. Manage renovations while ensuring active hospital operations are not disrupted. Coordinate with teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and construction administration standards. Essential Skills

10+ years of experience preferred; open to candidates with 5+ years if focused on inpatient healthcare. Seattle industry experience is required. Licensed architect. LEED GA certification within 6 months if not already certified. Proficient in Revit, Rhino + Grasshopper, and Adobe Suite. Strong technical expertise in building codes, specs, and construction administration. Additional Skills & Qualifications

In-depth experience with complex medical facilities. Strong coordination skills for team, consultant, and stakeholder management. One additional certification within a year (e.g., LEED AP, WELL AP, Passive House). Work Environment

This position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and remote work available on Wednesday and Friday. Flexibility is important as offsite meetings may occasionally affect the weekly routine. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.
