Overview

Sr. Product Manager, IT Product Management at Exact Sciences. The Senior Product Manager will partner with assigned product and business team members to define solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. This position is responsible for defining the roadmap and driving delivery of a product area or user journey, and will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, design, and other cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

Define the roadmap for the product area and drive delivery of features and user experiences. Gather business requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and verify that work meets stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, development, design, and quality assurance to deliver the product.

Maintain detailed documentation (gap analyses, business process flow charts, decision tables, features, and business requirements) to support development and refinement of tools and processes. Execute plans during the implementation phase, create SOPs, and participate in design reviews and walkthroughs. Track product performance post-implementation and provide continuous improvement recommendations. Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Collaborate with Quality Engineering to ensure product quality and reliability by defining requirements and acceptance criteria used to develop test plans and cases. Create and maintain the product roadmap for the area of responsibility and communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers. Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize competing demands to maintain alignment with product strategy and OKRs. Participate in all squad ceremonies, review work, provide feedback, and accept completed work as applicable. Prioritize and groom the product backlog in line with product strategy and OKRs; build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners to drive satisfaction. Influence and make significant decisions within projects with sound judgment and an understanding of business strategy and best practices. Collaborate in a cross-cultural, matrixed environment to build consensus across functions and mentor/judge junior team members. Communicate clear product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders; uphold company values and participate in ongoing compliance with Quality Management System policies. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; or a High School Degree/General Education Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. 6+ years of relevant professional experience as outlined in responsibilities above. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services. Experience applying product management techniques and tools, and facilitating development of product vision and roadmaps. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with ability to evolve product strategy based on data and trends. Advanced business analysis skills including process and user flow definition and business KPIs. Ability to translate complex requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria. Some experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews, and conversion funnels. Experience engaging with engineers, designers, researchers, SMEs, and leaders in collaborative relationships. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in life sciences, healthcare, bioinformatics, wellness, or digital health. Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics), A/B testing tools (e.g., AB Tasty, Optimizely), and design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch). Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $89,000.00 - $151,000.00. This base salary is shown for positions located in the US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and is bonus eligible.
