Responsibilities
Drive strategic customer growth for the Medication Administration Portfolio in the US Region
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and brand positioning
Oversee annual strategic reviews and track commercial excellence initiatives
Conduct market research and gain deep market understanding to inform business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing and sales strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or nursing; MBA preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of marketing or sales experience in Acute Care Health Systems
Experience with Medication Administration/Infusion Pump technologies is highly preferred
Strong financial P&L and business acumen required
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing programs and product launches
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in omnichannel marketing campaigns
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Proven track record of successful leadership in cross-functional teams
Ability to develop customer success materials and sales training programs
Familiarity with market segmentation strategies and customer insights
