About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Psychiatrist with an active Illinois license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part-time (8 hours per week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an FQHC. Patient population is ages 18+.
What You’ll Do
Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose nature and extent of behavioral health disorder.
Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders.
Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and take necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment.
What We’re Looking For
Clinicians must have an active state license.
1–3 years of experience since obtaining license.
Intermediate to advanced experience with technology.
Strong communication skills.
Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred.
POSITION LOGISTICS
100% remote position.
Required to have a private office space at home or elsewhere for confidentiality.
You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $137–$151 per hour.
Regardless of hours worked per week, you are eligible to enroll in our 401(k), corporate wellness programs and access to our Array Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Beginning at 24 hours per week you become eligible for CME credits and FlexTime, which can be used for any requested time off, including but not limited to vacation, holidays, personal and sick time.
