We are searching for a Head of Capital Formation to join the Altmore team and lead all fundraising and relationship management efforts with institutional investors, including RIAs, pensions, endowments and foundations.The role requires a proven track record of success in raising capital for alternative investment vehicles, ideally in private credit or private markets. The ideal candidate is anentrepreneurialself-starter who has the ability to think strategically and work in a growing and fast-paced environment.Given Altmore’s lean structure, a positive and team-oriented attitude with attention to detail is a must. Responsibilities

This Head of Capital Formation will report directly to the Managing Partners and will play a critical role in driving Altmore Capital’s fundraising efforts and building relationships with institutional investors. Develop and execute institutional fundraising strategy with regard to institutional investor channels, including RIAs, pensions, endowments and foundations Cultivate and manage deep relationships with CIOs, consultants, and gatekeepers Lead negotiations on commitments, track investor pipeline, and oversee the investor due diligence process Coordinate with internal resources to develop compelling investor materials Represent Altmore at industry conferences and investor meetings globally Maintain CRM data and reporting dashboards to track progress toward fundraising targets Qualifications

10-15 years of capital raising or investor relations experience with institutional investors, including RIAs Demonstrated success raising capital from institutional allocators and advisory platforms A strong, established network of institutional and professional investors Understanding of private credit or private equity fund structures Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred Compensation
