Learning and Development Business Partner RealREPP is a nationally recognized, full-service recruitment firm partnering with a growing, stable, and dynamic MEP Design Build Construction firm. The company seeks a Learning and Development Business Partner to work out of Garden Grove, CA or Carrollton, TX and conduct regional and light national travel as needed.

As the organization expands, this role works closely with businesses and HR Business Partners to consult on learning needs and gaps, gathering insights for the broader L&D team to shape the company’s learning strategy. The ideal candidate brings expertise in facilitation and program development in Organizational Development, especially Leadership and Executive Learning.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with business leaders and HRBPs to assess current and future learning needs.

Design, develop, and facilitate learning experiences for business audiences.

Create instructional design and e‑learning content, classroom training, and supporting materials.

Coach and mentor SMEs to become effective trainers.

Develop and manage multiple learning projects, prioritizing activities to meet deadlines.

Collaborate with the broader L&D team to advance the organization's learning strategy.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required (Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred).

5+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, and facilitating learning experiences for a business audience; construction, engineering, or similar industry experience preferred.

Significant experience in instructional design, classroom training, e‑learning, and content delivery.

Experience in facilitation and program development for Organizational Development (Leadership and Executive Learning).

Highly effective coaching and mentoring skills for developing SMEs into trainers.

Strong drive and passion for people and business development.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize activities.
