Learning and Development Business Partner
RealREPP is a nationally recognized full-service recruitment firm who has teamed up with a growing, stable, and dynamic MEP Design Build Construction firm to assist them in hiring a Learning and Development Business Partner. This role can be located in Garden Grove, CA or Carrollton, TX and may require regional and light national travel.
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Company Overview This new role within a multi-million-dollar commercial MEP Design Build construction firm is due to growth. The organization works on large-scale projects and is a leader in the industry. The role will consult with businesses and HR business partners on learning needs and gaps, bringing insights back to the broader L&D team to collaborate on the learning strategy. The firm offers a collaborative, friendly, and positive work environment with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Consult with businesses and HR business partners on learning needs and gaps.
Collaborate with the L&D team to develop the organization’s learning strategy.
Design, develop, and facilitate leadership and executive learning programs.
Deliver training through classroom, e-learning, and other instructional methods.
Coach and mentor SME trainers to improve effectiveness.
Must Haves / Qualifications
BA/BS degree required (Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and facilitating development experiences for a business audience. Construction, Engineering or similar industry experience preferred.
Significant experience in instructional design, classroom training, e-learning, developing training content, and delivering material.
Facilitation and program development experience in Organizational Development (Leadership and Executive Learning).
Highly effective coaching and mentoring skills for developing SMEs to be effective trainers.
Strong drive and passion for development of people and the business.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize activities.
