General Dentist
to start in November/December! The ideal candidate is a skilled doctor focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry and is a positive impact to the employee culture. Our beautiful practice is located in the downtown Chicago area in a vibrant neighborhood, with easy access to Metra lines and public parking.
What we offer you:
Compensation: 32.5% of adjusted net production (daily rate through first three months)
Signing bonus: $5,000.00 (at least 1 year experience)
Annual earnings of $254,000 (average 1st year)
50-70 new patients per month (average)
8-12 treatment patients per shift (plus hygiene checks with our hygienists)
Balanced Monday-Friday schedule (average 34-37 hours) with 1 Saturday per month

Best‑in‑class materials and products via Kerr, 3M, Coltene, and more
Provide orthodontics via Invisalign with predictable system as part of training; Vivera retainers standard at Dentologie
Responsibilities:
Provide consultation with patients, discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
Correct bite issues and overcrowding.
Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.
Prescribe medications such as pain medication or antibiotics.
Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes to examine and treat teeth.
Keep accurate records of patient oral health and treatments rendered.
Manage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding patient care.
Diagnose, develop treatment plan, and diagnose oral disease and possible systemic manifestations.
Follow up with patients via phone or email as needed.
Manage patient expectations to create positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active IL state dental license (and malpractice insurance).
Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal dental and healthcare laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to keep detailed records.
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and thorough treatment planning skills.
Strong inter‑personal and leadership qualities.
Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed.
Implant placement or advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work.
Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and accept constructive feedback and guidance.
