Overview

Our Chicago dental practice is seeking a full-time General Dentist (minimum one year of experience) to start this November. The ideal candidate is a skilled doctor focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry and contributing positively to the employee culture. The practice is located in downtown Chicago in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to Metra lines and public parking. What we offer you

Compensation: 32.5% of adjusted net production (with daily rate through first three months) Signing bonus: $5,000 (minimum one year experience) Annual earnings of $254,000 (average, first year) 50-70 new patients per month (average) 8-12 treatment patients per shift (plus hygiene checks with our hygienists) Balanced Monday–Friday schedule (average 34–37 hours) with 1 Saturday per month Full benefits with commuter allowance, scrubs Vibrant employee culture, Continuing Education, and collaborative provider community Development Track: 3-month continuum, implant training; live endodontic workshops Industry-leading technology and equipment

Provide consultations, discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and preventative procedures, and establish comprehensive treatment plans Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canals, and fillings Correct bite issues and overcrowding; apply sealants or whiteners; prescribe medications as needed Utilize dental tools to examine and treat patients; keep accurate records of treatments Communicate with the team to provide outstanding patient care; manage patient experiences and expectations Diagnose and plan treatment for oral diseases and manifestations of systemic diseases; conduct routine follow-ups via phone or email Qualifications

Active Illinois dental license (and malpractice insurance) Willingness to comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to keep detailed records Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures and thorough treatment planning Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and be receptive to feedback Additional perks and benefits
