As part of the Bulletproof Group, we are on a mission to drive innovation and simplicity through the compliance and cybersecurity landscape. Our US sales and service delivery teams work with organisations nationwide to protect them from cyber threats through our comprehensive suite of ISO compliance, cloud security, penetration testing, and data protection services. We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts and drive revenue growth through our ISO compliance and cloud security solutions. This role combines account management with new business development, requiring someone who can build strong client relationships while consistently identifying opportunities to expand our footprint. You will work closely with clients to understand their security and compliance needs and position Target Defense as their trusted cybersecurity partner. Key Responsibilities

Account Management Manage a portfolio of 30-50 active mid-market accounts, driving retention and expansion Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including IT managers, security leaders, and compliance officers Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities Serve as the voice of the customer internally, coordinating with delivery and support teams to ensure exceptional service Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through new business and account expansion Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Present and sell Target Defense\'s ISO compliance services (ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and penetration testing Develop proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs and business objectives Guide clients through the sales process from initial discovery through contract signature Prospecting & Lead Development Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active opportunities Research target accounts to understand their industry, compliance requirements, and security challenges Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed targets Sales Operations Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to sales leadership Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and content that support sales objectives Stay current on cybersecurity trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape Required Qualifications

3-5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in ISO, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas Understanding of information security concepts, ISO standards, and cloud security fundamentals Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling cybersecurity or compliance services Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or other compliance frameworks Knowledge of ISO and cloud security services Previous experience in a quota-carrying sales role We understand that job descriptions offer only a glimpse of the role.
