Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Generalist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least
2+ years of hands-on HR experience
and a strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. This role supports a wide range of HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, policy implementation, and HR reporting.
This is a 4.5 month contract to hire with hybrid flexibility after 6 months.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system.
Assist in benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Partner with managers to address employee issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Participate in HR initiatives such as engagement programs, training, and DEI activities.
Generate HR reports and metrics to support business and compliance needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
$24 - $32 an hour
