Position Overview We’re seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive agent engagement and performance through structured outreach and virtual support. This role centers on building strong, productive relationships with assigned insurance agents through outbound office visits, calls and/or virtual communications. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for agent production and performance coaching while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless agent experience and optimized production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own relationship management with assigned insurance agents, focusing on regular communications including visits, calls/virtual meetings and engagement campaigns.

Drive agent production by identifying growth opportunities, resolving barriers to success, and motivating performance through tailored communications and data insights.

Ensure new and existing agents are well-versed in Delos\' offerings, systems, and compliance requirements.

Act as the agents’ advocate by gathering market intelligence and feedback to coordinate internal resources to address agent needs and improve overall experience.

Track and manage agent activity within the CRM, maintaining up-to-date records on communication, performance metrics, and engagement history.

Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, operations, and sales teams to support agent efficiency and resolve issues quickly.

Ensure exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint, reinforcing Delos’ reputation for responsiveness and partnership excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years in an external, agent-facing sales role with established and active agent and broker relationships in California

Proven success in a structured outbound calling or virtual account management role.

Proficiency in CRM platforms; experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive, customer-first approach.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
