Overview Long term contract opportunity in Everett, WA for a Senior Contracts Manager role. The Senior Contracts Manager Provides guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects. Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for allocated suppliers, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives. This role requires to work on-site.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience; OR

Advanced Degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience; OR In the absence of a degree, 13 years of experience is required

What You Will Be Doing

Administer, draft, negotiate, and evaluate contracts, liaison between the corporate clients and the Legal Contracts and Compliance team in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures, determine compliance with the contract terms, answer questions related to contracts, resolve issues as appropriate, and work with Legal Contracts and Compliance team and internal clients as necessary.

Provides guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects.

Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for allocated suppliers, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives.

Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure allocated contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Negotiates allocated supplier contracts with its stakeholders, to achieve business favorable terms.

Reviews contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact.

Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms.

Briefs management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations, for allocated contracts.

Track and report key functional metrics.

Represents the organization on legal issues for allocated contracts.

Maintains historical legal records.
