Deliver exceptional medical and surgical care to companion animals. Mentor, support, and collaborate with veterinarians and technical staff to promote high standards of care. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-driven workplace culture. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and education. Contribute to improving medical protocols and overall hospital operations. Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree. Eligible for veterinary licensure in California. Leadership or management experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication, clinical, and problem-solving skills. Compensation & Benefits
