The Recruiting Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to help build the recruiting function for DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), the innovation agency of the U.S. Department of Defense tasked with investing in breakthrough technologies for national security. The Agency engages in transformational change within an entrepreneurial ecosystem that includes academic, corporate and governmental partners. This position is located in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities
Schedule and build relationships with technical talent in the STEM space who may contribute to the next technological breakthrough. Facilitate and organize recruiting processes for talent acquisition in support of DARPA. You Have
Experience working in a professional environment such as a consulting or professional services firm Ability to work independently and find innovative solutions to challenges Ability to build strong relationships with key technical talent Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Nice If You Have
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200 to $126,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
