VIDEO DIRECTOR // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH
JOB OBJECTIVES
Leads execution and creative direction of live video for weekend services, special events and Student Ministries at scheduled campuses Supports the Technology team in maintenance on all live video systems Assists in the development and training of video volunteers ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Directs live video as a creative layer for all programming events Oversees live video cut, video switcher programming and live video execution Responsible for supporting video production gear Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s 9 core beliefs 2+ years of experience working in live broadcast environments Preferred Qualifications Experience working with volunteers Experience with broadcast/cinematic cameras (Sony, Panasonic, Red) Experience with editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Suite) Experience with video production switcher/routing systems (Sony, Ross, Grass Valley, Black Magic) Experience with matrix intercom systems (Telecomm, Clearcom) Understanding of computer operating systems (Mac OS, Windows) JOB DETAILS
Location: Centerville, MN (campus assignment will vary) Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.00 an hour Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Workdays: Generally, Wednesday - Sunday. Must be available Wednesday nights for Student Ministries and occasional evenings for events. Expected to work 45+ weekends per year. Work Hours: varies by role Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work remote one day per week Ministry/Department: Creative Arts Team: Production WORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regular standing or sitting for prolonged periods Regular repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Regular noisy environments Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like Occasional moving of self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces Occasional moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another Occasional adjusting or moving objects up to 30 pounds in all directions Occasional communicating with others to exchange information Occasional sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing Occasional light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds Occasional medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds Occasional heavy work that includes moving object up to 100 pounds or more BENEFITS
