Key Responsibilities
Drive execution of the RxAutomation portfolio strategy to achieve/surpass revenue and profit growth targets for the US Region.
Lead workflow assessments to uncover innovation opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
Develop a comprehensive and standardized program to optimize pharmacy operations, including best practices, workflow improvements, and technology adoption.
Create a detailed framework for implementing the standardized programs across various pharmacy settings and establish mechanisms for continuous improvement based on customer feedback and performance data.
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and measure the impact of optimization efforts.
Develop and maintain current knowledge of markets, products, and buying processes for Health Systems and Specialty customers.
Monitor and communicate relevant market trends to senior executives regarding customer behaviors and market landscape.
Identify opportunities to expand business across the BD MMS portfolio.
Develop and retain a team of high‑performing clinical and technical consultants by providing education, direction, coaching, and feedback.
Partner with the VP RxAutomation to determine appropriate compensation programs that align priorities, motivate effective behavior, and reward achievement.
Collaborate effectively with Commercial, Implementation, and Customer Service Teams, and Enterprise Account Managers.
Handle business processes, including efficient deployment of resources and tracking of activities/progress throughout the fiscal year.
Participate in the Portfolio Decision Team (PDT) to maximize the impact of new product development.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
PharmD or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred.
Market expertise in pharmacy applications with practical experience.
Proven track record of developing complex, outcomes‑based solutions in healthcare.
Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and value‑based care.
Strong commercial and financial savvy.
Experience cultivating KOL relationships.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Experience influencing and connecting multiple decision makers.
Critical thinking, analytical and implementation skills (ability to translate data into useful tactics and strategies).
Ability to manage multiple high‑stakes engagements simultaneously, with a focus on long‑term client success.
Willingness to travel 50%+.
