Senior Operations Manager, Strategic Accounts
At Commure, we are on a mission to simplify healthcare through AI solutions that reimagine the care experience. Our suite of AI tools—spanning clinical documentation, provider copilots, autonomous coding, and revenue‑cycle management—empowers clinicians and administrators to focus on what matters most: providing care.
As one of the first members of our Strategic Account Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing revenue‑cycle management processes. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management to define critical business processes, own end‑to‑end project delivery, and drive key operational metrics.
This full‑time position requires working five days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.
What You'll Do
Standardize and improve internal and client operations to enhance quality, reporting, and efficiencies.
Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
Develop and scale internal processes, reporting templates, training materials, and documentation as we grow our customer base 5‑10× over the next 12 months.
Ensure efficient, on‑time execution of all essential aspects of internal operations projects from initiation to launch.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Billing, Launch, and Account Management.
Design and implement systems that enable scalability and efficiency.
Break down complex, challenging business problems and own the execution and outcomes.
Drive operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rates.
Explore business opportunities proactively to solve emerging problems.
What You Have
5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech company.
Proficiency in data analysis and building data‑driven solutions.
Strong SQL skills (a basic SQL assessment is part of the interview process).
Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
Experience overseeing end‑to‑end project management with timely and high‑quality delivery.
Track record of cross‑functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations teams.
Ability to document and develop best practices for continuous improvement of internal Ops processes.
Leadership experience delivering complex projects on‑time and on‑budget.
Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to dive into business needs and influence executive decisions.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a relentless pursuit of truth.
Data‑oriented mindset, comfortable using metrics to communicate progress.
Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment, prioritize effectively, and manage blockers.
Proficiency with Retool and GSuite is a plus.
Experience in the healthcare tech space (RCM, EHR, etc.) is a bonus.
Compensation Range:
$110,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr
