About The Role The Senior Architect / Architectural Designer is involved in the development of projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, bringing extensive technical knowledge and design experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine design concepts with the Principal of Design and/or support Principal of Production in supervising the production of construction documents and detailed technical drawings.
Lead portions of project teams and mentor junior staff.
Prepare and present design materials and visuals.
Coordinate with technical teams and consultants.
Review design development and documentation for consistency.
Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Contribute to firmwide design discussions and initiatives.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
8–12 years of experience in complex, large‑scale projects.
Architectural license preferred or in progress.
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
International project experience a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Personal Attributes
Strong design sensibility and conceptual thinking.
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Committed to design excellence and teamwork.
