The role focuses on managing the donor database and coordinating it with other data systems to support multi‑channel fundraising, stewardship, events, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Manage the donor database (Allegiance) and coordinate integration with related systems such as Emma and University Advancement. Supervise gift processing, data entry, and maintenance standards; train staff on these standards. Act as the primary liaison for STLPR’s donor database—troubleshoot, maintain policies, perform backend maintenance, and ensure data integrity across digital systems. Supervise and train development department staff on reports and database functions. Execute complex queries, prepare reports, and create pledge pages; build and maintain queries for system outputs. Provide reports and analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders. Document customer service interactions with donors and prospects; provide clean lists for outreach. Conduct vendor and product research as needed. Participate in fundraising and outreach activities, including pledge drives. Maintain profiles on fundraising platforms such as Greater Public and Candid. Commit to workplace culture that is healthy, inclusive, and welcoming. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience; at least 3‑5 years of related experience. Experience supervising and developing staff. Cultural competency aligned with STLPR’s values. Proven track record managing data and CRM systems in a fundraising or related setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Technical aptitude, curiosity, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent time management, prioritization, and sound judgment. Initiative as a team member to achieve ambitious goals and meet deadlines. Rapid mastery of donor software and industry‑related tools. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $68,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Location: Hybrid (combination of in‑office and remote work).
