Lead the Future of Dentistry We’re looking for a seasoned Lead Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team and help shape the next generation of dental AI solutions.
Role Overview You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and customer success groups to design analytical solutions and deliver actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and over a broad customer base.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
Use Python, SQL, BI tools, and statistical techniques to analyze large, complex datasets, identifying trends and opportunities.
Help construct and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and observability.
Create compelling visualizations using tools like Sigma to communicate findings and enable self‑service dashboards.
Serve as a trusted advisor to external customers, providing analytics best practices and value‑driven insights.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our analytics cutting‑edge.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers on data products, dashboards, and infrastructure.
Maintain strong documentation and data dictionaries so stakeholders interpret KPIs consistently.

Qualifications
Strong quantitative background and experience in data analytics/science.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data transformation tools.
Experience with BI/visualization platforms such as Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
Demonstrated leadership of external analytics engagements and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in SaaS/B2B software or high‑growth startup environments.
Knowledge of healthcare data is a plus.
