About Warp Warp is the first AI-native HR and back-office platform for startups. Warp lets you set up HR, payroll, and tax compliance for your team in just 10 minutes. Using AI Agents, we automate all state tax registrations and filings, monitor for compliance across hundreds of tax jurisdictions, enabling founders to never waste time on HR ops again. About The Role Warp is building the AI-native alternative to legacy payroll & HR platforms. As one customer puts it: “Warp is like if Gusto meets Linear.” We just raised an $18M Series A and have 500+ high growth startups and SMBs using Warp. The next chapter is scaling revenue from a few million to 10M+, and we’re looking for a Head of GTM to own that journey end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Own pipeline creation from top of funnel to closed deals
Blend paid channels, outbound campaigns, content, events, and partnerships to keep sales calendars full
Run rapid experiments, validate ROI, then scale what works
Partner with Sales and work daily with our Account Executives on pipeline feedback, sequencing, enablement, and deal strategy
Define attribution and measurement models, and report on a weekly cadence on what’s working and what’s not
Guide team as a growth leader to source and win more deals
What You Need
2-5 years in demand generation, marketing, growth, or full-funnel GTM at a Seed to Series C startup
Proven zero-to-one wins in expanding channel pipeline
Ability to clearly convey the Warp story and independently write landing page copy, marketing copy, cold emails, and more
Organized self-starter who builds systems and iterates fast
Fluency with Salesforce and reporting tools
Able to work with Sales, Product, and Engineering on projects in an unstructured setting
Nice to Haves
Background in fintech, payroll, or HR SaaS
Experience managing SDRs and owning the Demand Generation funnel
Familiarity with AI tools
Compensation On Target Earnings (OTE) : $180,000–$220,000
Equity : 0.3% - 0.6%
