Our client, a leader in innovative drone technology and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Production Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the drone delivery production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Seattle, WA | Fully onsite
Pay Range:
$27.50 per hour
What’s the Job?
Provide production support for delivery drones, ensuring hardware, software, and user permissions issues are resolved promptly.
Perform routine hardware maintenance to maintain optimal production efficiency.
Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Work Instructions, and Work Plans to support daily and future production activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Maintain detailed documentation of production support activities and process improvements.
What’s Needed?
Proficiency in CAD systems, with Dassault Catia experience preferred.
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to monitor and control production processes.
Educational background with a BS Degree in an Engineering discipline or relevant experience.
0-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or engineering support role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
