Job Description
Role Overview: The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable Adobe Experience Manager solutions for insurance platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise in AEM architecture integration patterns and enterprise systems within the insurance sector The architect will lead solution design across digital channels ensuring alignment with business processes and technology standards Key Responsibilities
Define and implement AEM architecture for insurance applications including customer portals agent platforms and policy servicing tools Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints for AEM implementations Ensure integration with core insurance systems such as policy administration claims billing and CRM platforms Establish development standards reusable components and governance models for AEM projects Oversee performance tuning scalability planning and deployment strategies across environments Collaborate with enterprise architects and delivery teams to ensure consistency in design and execution Validate solutions against regulatory and compliance requirements specific to insurance Support DevOps practices including CICD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager including Sites Assets Forms and Headless CMS capabilities Strong background in Java J2EE Sling OSGi and RESTful services Experience in designing and integrating AEM with backend systems using APIs and middleware Deep understanding of insurance workflows such as underwriting claims processing and customer onboarding Familiarity with cloud based AEM deployments and container orchestration platforms Ability to define technical roadmaps and align them with enterprise architecture standards Exposure to data privacy security protocols and insurance compliance frameworks Experience in agile delivery models and architectural governance Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or enterprise architecture frameworks Experience in digital transformation programs across life health or general insurance Knowledge of personalization analytics and campaign orchestration within AEM Background in performance engineering and infrastructure optimization Work Environment
