About us
OTA The Koomar Center, part of the Cicero Therapies Family of Practices, is currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. This position includes about 5 hours a week in a local school and the remaining hours in the clinic, including Saturdays from 8:00 - 1:30. We are dedicated to supporting children and their families in reaching goals and building skills in the most meaningful and motivating ways. Comprehensive Care

Administrative Support
Our dedicated administrative staff handles all scheduling, referrals, and authorizations, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care to your clients. We also ensure ethical caseload requirements for our OTs. Position Responsibilities
Conduct initial and yearly comprehensive assessments. Utilize standardized tools and clinical observations to evaluate sensory integration functioning. Provide direct treatment focused on sensory integration techniques Complete effective and prompt documentation for daily notes, assessments, individual treatment plans, and progress updates. Participate in our mentorship network as either a mentee or mentor. Provide education and training for caregivers. Collaborate with other therapists (SLPs, MHPs). Utilize our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to create and maintain documentation and collect and monitor data. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications
AOTA certification and licensure to work in Massachusetts Degree in Occupational Therapy Open to work Tuesday-Saturday Previous experience working with children with sensory processing disorders. Strong collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to make frequent, data-driven decisions for meaningful and personalized progress. Effective and professional communication skills for education and training of caregivers Advanced sensory integration training preferred Interviews at OTA The Koomar Center
