Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care while managing day‑to‑day operations with the assistance of a proven practice management team

Collaborate with specialists to expand growth in specialty departments within the practice

Mentor and support associates, providing clinical guidance and fostering a team‑oriented environment

Serve as the primary care provider with a generous patient flow and lead the team in delivering comprehensive care

Ensure the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care

Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrated success in a fee‑for‑service practice setting

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA‑accredited university‑based dental education program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insuranceCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Significant chair‑side experience
