Job Type and Compensation Full‑time or part‑time (PT/FT), temporary/seasonal. Pay range typically $16 to $55 per hour, depending on role and experience.

Expected Hours & Availability Schedule may vary. Work on evenings and weekends may be required. Dependability and punctuality are paramount.

Travel & Deployment

Up to 50% travel expected; deployment to client sites for extended periods.

Ability to deploy anywhere in the U.S. with 24‑48 hour notice.

Physical Demands & Work Environment Mobility required on‑site; sitting or standing for extended periods; work at a computer; lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Consultants may work in an office, home environment, or be deployed to the field; outdoor work in adverse weather may be required.

Minimum Requirements, Experience & Skills

Experience or background in applicable fields.

Eligibility to work in the United States.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to deploy to site locations upon short notice for an extended period.

Flexible, adaptable, and mobile‑technology experience.

Emergency Response/Recovery experience.

Sound technical knowledge of emergency management standards and practices.

Ability to work independently, in a team, and under stressful conditions with tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Knowledge of FEMA programs and policy.

Working knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS‑100‑800).

Relevant certifications, credentials, training or education.

Experience in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

Active FEMA badge.

Other related talents, experiences, or skills.
