About the Role We are looking for a Sales Operations Engineer to join our Sales Operations team. This role is highly technical and hands‑on, focused on building automations, integrations, and analytics that power our sales organization. You’ll design and maintain data pipelines, build custom scrapers and integrations across our GTM stack, and deliver analytics that help leadership and reps make smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain custom integrations between GTM systems (CRM, dialers, email tools, contract platforms, data enrichment vendors) using APIs.

Use Zapier, Python, or similar tools to automate workflows and reduce manual work.

Develop scrapers or ingestion scripts to pull in external facility/provider data.

Design and maintain ETL pipelines (e.g., into Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) in collaboration with our data engineering teams.

Use SQL/Python to clean, transform, and enrich data.

Build dashboards in BI tools (Hex, Looker, Tableau, etc.) to track pipeline health, sales activity, and productivity.

Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Evaluate GTM tools and make recommendations for adoption or replacement.

Ensure integrations and automations are scalable, reliable, and secure.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales ops, data engineering, or related technical operations.

Strong hands‑on experience with APIs, Python scripting, and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Airflow, etc.).

Solid SQL skills and experience with BI/analytics platforms.

Familiarity with Salesforce.

Builder mindset: able to scope, design, and ship solutions quickly while maintaining scalability.

Compensation $100K – $150K
