Enterprise Sales Director – Mid‑Market (Individual Contributor) We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director who will grow Airlock Digital’s presence in organizations with 1,000 – 7,500 employees. This role focuses on securing new clients and expanding our footprint within mid‑to‑large enterprises by connecting our solutions with their strategic business priorities. Enterprise Sales Directors develop long‑term value creation by building strong executive relationships and executing strategic sales plans that drive solution adoption across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close high‑value opportunities within organizations with 1,000 – 7,500 employees.

Negotiate large‑scale, multi‑year contracts, securing long‑term customer partnerships.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Engage with senior executives, security leaders, and IT decision‑makers to position Airlock Digital as a mission‑critical security solution.

Lead multi‑stakeholder sales engagements, ensuring alignment between Airlock Digital’s solutions and customer business objectives.

Drive long‑term value creation by developing deep customer relationships and executing account‑based sales strategies.

Collaborate with solutions architecture, customer success, and marketing teams to optimize engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal tracking, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making in sales execution.

Represent Airlock Digital at executive‑level briefings, industry events, and cybersecurity conferences to expand brand awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years in technology sales.

Experience executing go‑to‑market strategies and managing sales cycles across channels.

Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and speaking skills.

Sound understanding and working knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, market, and trends.

Strong connections in relevant markets and/or ability to network with business owners and technology leaders of all sizes.

Recent experience as a senior sales leader with industry expertise, working in an expansion‑stage, enterprise‑focused, B2B SaaS company.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and solution‑selling approaches.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

Proactive and results‑oriented, with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

What We Offer OT range: $200,000.00 – $260,000.00. Additional factors considered include responsibilities, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity. We are a fully remote, hybrid; we also offer:
