Position Overview
Role: Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Setting: Multiple school sites (elementary to post-secondary)
Caseload: 30–35 students
Openings: 2
Position 1: Start ASAP, 40 hrs/week (2.5 hrs unpaid lunch)
Position 2: Start after Winter Break, 42.5 hrs/week (2.5 hrs unpaid lunch)
Duration: Through the end of the school year
Interview Format: Interviewing now for both roles
Compensation
Pay Rate: $70 per hour
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language services across assigned school sites
Collaborate with educators and support staff to meet student needs
Maintain documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
Deliver therapy aligned with student IEPs and service minutes
Qualifications
Valid California SLP license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
School-based experience preferred
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
