As a Professional Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be responsible for understanding and meeting the needs of our discerning clientele while maintaining the highest standards of product knowledge, store operations, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities Customer Engagement and Sales

Greet and engage customers promptly and courteously.

Ask questions to understand customers' needs, preferences, and budget.

Present and demonstrate a variety of watch options.

Suggest complementary or alternative items to enhance customer satisfaction.

Answer questions and address any concerns or objections.

Keep up to date with inventory knowledge.

Determined, persistent, and persuasive, but not pushy.

Even-tempered, trustworthy, and ethical.

Close sales effectively to achieve personal and store sales targets.

Product Knowledge and Training

Stay up-to-date with brand training, trends, and product knowledge.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of all products.

Store Operations

Support with setting up and closing down the store, ensuring it is clean, organized.

Follow store policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and loss prevention.

Occasionally ring up sales and handle gift wrapping for customers.

CRM and Administration

Keep up with CRM software to track customer interactions and sales.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with clients as needed.

Events and Scheduling

Attend events outside of regular business hours, both on and off site, to represent the store and build customer relationships.

Work weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a sales associate in a luxury retail environment, preferably in watches.

Personable and enthusiastic with exceptional customer service skills, storytelling abilities, and a passion for luxury products.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate non-verbally and adaptable to newer forms of communication such as text, email and social media channels.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of store presentation.

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to follow security and loss prevention procedures.

Education

Sales experience and/or a Bachelor's degree
