Responsibilities

Own and scale

top-tier pharmaceutical client, Pfizer, delivering against revenue and retention targets through both client-direct and agency-led efforts

Lead end-to-end sales efforts

for DeepIntent’s full product suite, including independently designing, negotiating, and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) directly with the brand; with a focus on closing large-scale upsell opportunities.

Cultivate senior-level relationships

within Pfizer, Publicis, and trading teams to expand footprint and identify incremental opportunities.

Partner cross-functionally

with Sales, Product, Client Success, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver best-in-class solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Act as a strategic voice

for the brand internally, informing the product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Success.

Who You Are

6+ years of client-facing experience preferably in digital media or AdTech

Extensive experience in programmatic platform technologies including DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Serving

2+ years managing pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts

Proven track record of growing strategic client relationships and exceeding revenue goals

Experience working directly with pharmaceutical clients, preferably Pfizer, while having a deep understanding of agencies and the healthcare advertising ecosystem

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize time, effort, and resource allocation

Expertise in integrating media, data, and analytics solutions into pharma companies’ digital ecosystems

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic insights and client recommendations

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, engaging with marketing, sales, technology, and commercial data teams at top pharma companies

Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships

NYC-based candidate preferred

Compensation and Benefits DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $150,000 - $170,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate\'s skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a quarterly commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
