We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to enhancing our organization's visibility and engagement through strategic communications and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills and the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to our diverse audiences. Responsibilities
Develop and implement communications strategies and plans that promote our organization's goals. Create and manage content for various platforms including websites, newsletters, and social media. Coordinate public relations efforts including press releases, media inquiries, and event planning. Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and insight for communications materials. Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a nonprofit or similar environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Benefits
