experienced and passionate Front-of-House (FOH) Managers
to join our dynamic leadership team. We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who thrive in a
fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment

Minimum 1 year in a management or supervisory role in full-service setting. A passion for service and understanding of what is needed to provide a high level of hospitality. Organized and detail-oriented & strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills required. Energetic and Enthusiast: capable of working a ten-hour shift. Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations. Leadership skills and ability to make decisions quickly and under pressure. Responsibilities
Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership. Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Exude professionalism and genuine warmth and care towards fellow partners, guests, vendors, business associates, etc. Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment. Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor. Supervise and guide our service and experience standards and provide impactful coaching as needed. Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences. Fulfill recruitment needs, impact positive candidate experience and selection and retain your team. Support with training and development of technical knowledge and execution. Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams. We’ve created a space, experience, and cuisine that everyone in the neighborhood can love. Our authentic recipes are complemented by our mixologist’s hand-crafted, fresh, and flavorful Mexican signature cocktails and margaritas with an extensive tequila and mezcal selection. Enjoy a lively eclectic mosaic of Mexico City influences in a designed environment accented with traditional crafts and natural touches amongst our good-natured staff that feels like friends having fun right alongside you.
