Role Overview Your mission: help the world’s best E‑Commerce brands understand why partnering with TalentPop is a no‑brainer. You’ll lead the
end‑to‑end ad creative process , managing production timelines, coordinating with content creators and editors, and ensuring every campaign is launched flawlessly in partnership with our media buyers. Beyond that, you’ll flex your copywriting, automation, and analytics skills to strengthen our marketing engine—from emails to sales enablement tools, and from HubSpot workflows to LinkedIn posts that tell our story. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Manage ad creative production for Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns, collaborating with designers, video editors, and media buyers to deliver high‑performing content.
Write and edit copy for emails, marketing materials, and sales outreach that drive engagement and communicate TalentPop’s value.
Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations that scale and streamline marketing operations (Clay familiarity is a plus).
Support the creation of sales enablement assets such as one‑pagers, decks, and client success stories.
Help oversee blog and success‑story content, applying light SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance, pulling actionable insights to optimize spend and creative direction.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Design, and Leadership to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and emerging tactics to continuously improve results.
Qualifications
2+ years in marketing, growth, or lifecycle roles (B2B or agency background preferred).
1+ year of paid media experience, ideally with Facebook or LinkedIn.
Hands‑on experience coordinating ad or creative production projects across copy, design, editing, and media.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone across channels.
Experience with HubSpot (workflows), Zapier, and optionally Clay (training available).
Data‑driven mindset and comfort interpreting performance metrics.
Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
E‑Commerce or digital agency experience is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000–$85,000 base salary + performance‑based bonus.
