We are seeking a talented
Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing
to drive business for a beautiful full-service hotel near
Plano!
This role will be instrumental in building revenue to meet and exceed company goals while playing an integral part in the development and execution of a strong sales and marketing team. This property is proudly part of a leading management group that continues to grow. The hotel features 300+ rooms/suites, full-service dining and catering and 15k square feet of meeting space.
COMPENSATION: $125,000 - $140,000 base salary plus 25% quarterly bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k with company match, PTO and more!
Director of Sales & Marketing Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years as DOS/DOSM for a full-service property of at least 200+ rooms
Team Managed of at least 4 direct reports
Hands-on leadership approach
Passion for active selling and business development
Exhibited success selling both rooms and catering/banquet events
