We’re seeking a proven construction leader to oversee the delivery of large-scale, mission‑critical data center projects across North America.

This executive role will lead all aspects of construction execution — from pre‑construction strategy through to commissioning and turnover — while driving consistency, safety, and quality across a rapidly growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for the full construction lifecycle of hyperscale and colocation data centers.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution plans — ensuring alignment with company objectives and client commitments.

Build and mentor a best‑in‑class construction management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Partner closely with design, development, operations, and procurement to optimize constructability and cost efficiency.

Establish and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and critical vendors to ensure high‑quality project delivery.

Lead risk management, safety, and compliance initiatives across all construction programs.

Represent construction at the executive level, providing strategic input into site selection, capital planning, and long‑range growth initiatives.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive construction experience, including direct leadership of large‑scale mission‑critical or data center projects.

Proven track record delivering multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar programs on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and mission‑critical facility operations.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with both developer/owner and general contractor environments preferred.
