What is the opportunity? As a
Sr. Information Security Project Manager , you will help drive security projects, develop dashboards to visualize datasets such as budget and project status, and implement automation.
Responsibilities
Develop multiple dashboards, and data automation, for offering real‑time views into datasets such as Budget, Project Status, Metrics, Business Reviews
Manage large, complex projects and programs that typically focus on improving Omnissa’s security posture using bleeding‑edge technology
Primary liaison between the project team, clients, and executive leadership
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor them throughout the project lifecycle and escalate when a project’s main constraints are threatened
Track status and drive the team to continual delivery
Escalate when a project’s main constraints are threatened, including options for resolution or mitigation
Conduct Lessons Learned to capture strengths and opportunities for process improvement
What will you bring to Omnissa?
10+ years of Project/Program Management experience (CAPM or PMI certification preferred)
10+ years of Information Security experience (SSCP, CISSP, CISM, CCSP certifications preferred)
Strong project management skills, such as organization, communication, attention to detail, team building, and leadership
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise
A high level of self‑motivation, personal accountability, and a passion for learning
Location:

Travel Expectations:
Education:
Degree in Business preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Typical base salary:
USD $107,350 – $178,900 per year. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors. Omnissa offers a corporate bonus program and benefits such as employee ownership, health insurance, 401k with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid‑time off, growth opportunities, and more.
