Lead end‑to‑end AP processes: vendor onboarding, invoice approvals, payments, reconciliations, and reporting. Design a lean, technology‑driven function using Bill.com, AI, and NetSuite, minimizing manual tasks. Redesign AP operations to reduce manual intervention, leverage automation, and establish KPIs and dashboards. Ensure AP is audit‑ready with documented processes, effective controls, and support external audit requirements. Lead and mentor an AP team, setting performance goals, providing coaching, and positioning AP as a scalable, tech‑enabled function. Success Metrics

Invoice accuracy rate: ≥95% Automation & reporting adoption: ≥90% invoices automated Invoice‑to‑pay cycle time: reduce by 50% Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in Accounts Payable/Finance Operations, including SaaS or multi‑entity environments; 2+ years in a leadership role Experience with Bill.com and NetSuite preferred; proven ability to drive automation and workflow optimization Strong understanding of AP best practices Proficiency with Excel and reporting dashboards to monitor and improve AP KPIs Collaborative, detail‑oriented, excellent communicator with finance leadership and cross‑functional partners Compensation & Benefits

Work‑from‑home hybrid role. Pay range: $49,450‑$120,000, depending on experience. Eligible for health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and additional compensation such as bonuses or equity. Equal Opportunity
