Role Description This is a full-time position for a Non Profit Controller. The Non Profit Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial reports, coordinating audits, monitoring cash flow, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Accounting and Financial Management skills

Experience with Budgeting and Financial Reporting

Knowledge of Nonprofit Accounting and Compliance Regulations

Proficiency in Financial Software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA certification is a plus but not required

Previous experience in a nonprofit organization is beneficial
