Delaware North is hiring a Vice President, Finance to join our Catawba Two Kings Casino team in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. As a Vice President, Finance, you will be responsible for the annual and long-range plan, ensuring proper measurement, reporting, and forecasting performance against both. You will oversee all activities of the accounting, revenue audit, and cage operations departments, including regulatory compliance and property procedural compliance. Responsibilities

Develop, analyze, and interpret accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, capital planning, cash forecasting, and other matters bearing on fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the division. Direct the reporting of the unit's financial position in income, expenses, cash, and earnings; develop and measure key performance metrics; analyze business trends and financial results; suggest efficiencies; direct preparation of the balance sheet and cash analysis. Ensure compliance-related reporting within the division, including accounting policies and procedures, CESA reporting, alcohol awareness, and PCI compliance. Ensure company policy is carried out consistently in unit operations; assist regional vice presidents in ensuring compliance with unit auditing procedures and follow-up. Review CESA responses and audit findings; recommend action plans and solutions to operating units. Communicate with departments and coordinate activities with the COO, regional directors of operations, business development, general managers, regional analysts, and unit controllers. Participate in special projects as required, including new unit openings and closings, new business development, due diligence, and client interface and meetings. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field 10+ years of finance and accounting leadership experience Tribal experience a plus Experience with compliance requirements including Title 31 or AML Strong analytical, communications, and strategic approach Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience using PeopleSoft Financials Shift details

Pay: Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $178,400 - $224,700 per year. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
