Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $178,400 - $224,700 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Develop, analyze, and interpret accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, capital planning, cash forecasting, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the division. Direct the reporting, which outlines the unit's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, cash, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations. Develop and measure key performance metrics for the operating units. Analyze business trends and financial results and suggest efficiencies. Direct the preparation of the balance sheet and cash analysis. Responsible for all compliance-related reporting within the division, including accounting policies and procedures, CESA reporting, alcohol awareness, and PCI compliance. Ensures that company policy is carried out consistently in unit operations. Assists the regional vice presidents in ensuring compliance with unit auditing procedures and follow-up. Reviews the CESA responses and audit findings and recommends action plans and solutions to the operating units. Communicates with departments including Global Business Services, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and legal in exchange for information and to resolve issues. Coordinate activities with the COO, regional directors of operations, business development, general managers, regional analysts, and unit controllers. Special projects as required, including new unit openings and closings, new business development, due diligence, and client interface and meetings. More about you
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field 10+ years of finance and accounting leadership experience required Tribal experience a plus Experience with compliance requirements including Title 31 or AML Strong analytical, communications, and strategic approach necessary Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required Experience using PeopleSoft Financials required Shift details
